On the day of arrival you can move into your room from 2 p.m. We ask that you arrive by 10 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. 
You can also arrange a late check-out for an additional charge. Please ask about capacity at our reception.

Your room will be automatically cleaned daily. However, we are paying more attention to the environment and give you the opportunity to support us a little. If you wish, you can order cleaning for your room upon arrival and receive a small thank you for this.

Our hotel is barrier-free accessible through two entrances. Our restaurant and terrace are on the ground floor. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the basement. Our rooms and the wellness area can be reached by elevator.
An apartment on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. The bathroom has grab bars and a seat in the shower.
Our wellness area is barrier-free accessible. The wet area and the saunas can only be reached via 3 steps.

Dogs are welcome with us after prior registration. We have 4 double rooms available to accommodate pets. We charge €18.00 per day and dog. Special cleaning expenses will be charged additionally based on effort.
In the restaurant, dogs are only permitted in the wine bar. We would be happy to reserve a table for you here, even for breakfast.

There are plenty of free parking spaces directly at the hotel. We have also set up 2 designated e-charging parking spaces for you.

There are 6 rental bikes available for your tours. We charge €7.50 per day for rental. We would be happy to help you plan your tour. Cycling tickets are available to rent at reception.
We also have a bicycle garage for the safe storage of your own bicycles. You can also charge electrically here.

We are happy to lend out our wellness bags, equipped with a cuddly soft bathrobe, a shower towel and a pair of slippers for a one-off fee of €5.00 for your stay. Additional shower or sauna towels for your stay are available at reception at any time.

If you have reserved an arrangement with dinner or half board, we will automatically reserve a table for you. If you stay with us with breakfast, we ask you to reserve a table.

The tourist tax is €3.00 per day and person and is mandatory and charged separately. Upon presentation you will receive additional benefits and discounts in the region.

You can reserve your reserved room up to 7 days before arrival in written form cancel free of charge.
